The EasaFly Logbook service (« the Service ») is published by FLYGTS (Gregory Tuck Sherman), 32 rue des Astronomes, 1180 Brussels, Belgium (« the Seller », « us »). By using the Service you enter into a contract with the Seller.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EasaFly Logbook is an EASA Part-FCL.050 compliant electronic flight logbook for pilots. It offers a free (limited) mode and an EasaFly Pro subscription with extended features.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age or have the authority to represent your organization.
You agree not to use the Service in an illegal, fraudulent, or abusive manner (spam, unauthorized automation), to violate intellectual property rights, circumvent security measures, or introduce malicious software.
The Seller retains all intellectual property rights to the Service (software, documentation, brand, design). A non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license is granted to you to use the Service in accordance with your plan.
The flight data you enter remains your property. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely for the purposes of providing the Service.
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the « Merchant of Record » (registered seller) for all our orders: Paddle handles payments, VAT, customer questions and refunds.
Payment, auto-renewal, billing and tax conditions are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period, unless canceled before the renewal date from your account space or the Paddle portal.

The Service is provided « as is ». We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
Our overall liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity). Liability exclusions do not apply in case of fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury or death.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. EasaFly Logbook is a tool to help; it does not replace your EASA obligation to maintain an accurate and signed flight log.
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
